Every expression of life energy is reached in a more pure state from what we call Center Energy. The tree represents Center Energy because it is deeply connected with the earth and it is reaching out to the Universe. It moves with the wind, but it stays standing secure in its place while it is alive. We are more or less “centered” more or less of the time and we move in and out of that energy flow. Because we are energy beings we are constantly in motion…it is the definition of life. So being un-centered is necessary for life. And, we cannot be centered unless we move into that energy from a place that is NOT centered. We do this all the time.
To shift my flow of energy into Center Energy, I stand (or sit) with feet hip width apart. My arms hang loosely beside me. My hands are relaxed. My head is balanced over my body. My neck is relaxed. I am balanced within my body supported by my bones, my muscles are relaxed.
