As you float in the direction of your choice, you may have an idea for a product that will enhance your work. You may see a place to dock your boat, spend some time reflecting, and discover that there is an idea worth developing... before you float away once again.
Carol formed an organization, JICT, LLC, with two other ontological coaches to produce products that coaches can use to support their clients. What Jane Kerschner, Irene Kelly, and Carol discovered is that their ideas serve many people in many fields of work. Their 1st product, JICT Images: Journey with Intuition & Creativity to Transformation, was released in August 2010 and is already serving group facilitators and coaches around the world.
In April, 2011, JICT, LLC released a web based electronic version of their photographic images. Now you can use the images via your computer. Learn more at www.JICTimages.com More ideas are forthcoming in the future as they continue to meet weekly and share ideas and dreams.
